Because we are a selective institution, our admissions process is competitive. Typical Scranton students have excelled academically in high school and have distinguished themselves through extracurricular activities, leadership and community service. The best way to evaluate any college is to visit. Our Admissions office is open most weekdays (and many Saturdays) throughout the year. You can join us for a tour and an information session or a personal appointment. In the fall, we offer two Open House days, which give you the chance to have all of your questions answered in one day.
The University’s main Web site offers a range of information and features, including: student blogs, video and virtual tours, financial aid resources and a free online application. Visit us again online or contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by phone or by e-mail today!
